At Pacific Properties Group, our mission is simple:

We concentrate our development efforts in the Western United States and have completed multiple projects in California, Oregon, and Washington. After 40 years in the retail development business, and as a preferred developer for a number of major national retailers, we know what it takes to get to the finish line.

Our Process
Depending on our clients needs, we work within the City/County guidelines to produce a concept and design that fits both the proposed tenant and the community.
Once we have an approved project, we work with our consultants to ensure that our clients needs are being met.
After the client approves of the design and we have all of our entitlements and permits, we move to the construction portion of the project. Upon completion of the shell building(s), Tenant Improvements commence, taking the finals steps to a Certificate of Occupancy and tenant opening for business.
