Remodel - Starbucks - Completed Fall 2024
The original project was for a free-standing 3 tenant building that featured Mechanic's Bank, Sprint and Hunter Gatherer. With a recent remodel, DaVita took a large portion of the building for offices, leaving the corner along California. We are in the process of finalizing building plans to include a Starbucks with patio allowing patrons to enjoy the outside weather. Tenant was open and operating in Fall 2024.
