Remodel - Starbucks - Currently in Process
The original project was for a free-standing 3 tenant building that featured Mechanic's Bank, Sprint and Hunter Gatherer. With a recent remodel, DaVita took a large portion of the building for offices, leaving the corner along California. We are in the process of finalizing building plans to include a Starbucks with patio allowing patrons to enjoy the outside weather. Tenant opening is expeced for Fall 2024.

Located adjacent to Walgreens along Trancas Street, this proposed project would be a remodel of the existing restaurant and a relocation of the historically designated building at the back of the property to a location in the County. To replace the relocated building, we are proposing a new 2 story building.
